How can I receive assistance during
non standard work hours?

If your problem is of a critical nature and you need
assistance immediately, call us at 1-877-747-5266. Option
1 will allow you to leave a message, which will be returned
the next business day. Option 2 will allow you to leave
a message and then automatically sends a page to the
@chubb analyst on call.

How often do I have to change my password?
A.
For security purposes @chubb, passwords expire every
90 days.

My password expired, what do I do?
A.
To login again to @chubb you must follow the on screen
instructions to change your password. Please note passwords
are between 6 - 32 lowercase characters.

Can agencies create additional user names?
A.
No, this feature is currently not available, however
it is planned for a future enhancement. If you need
additional user names, contact the @chubb client support
team or your Chubb e-Business Consultant at ecommerce@chubb.com.

How can I change my address, email address, phone number
or name?
A.
On the top of your user menu page, click on change profile.
At that point, you will be able to change your information.

How does Chubb protect my privacy?
A.
Keeping producers and policyholders information secure
and using it in a professional and trusted manner is
a top priority for Chubb. Please see our privacy
policy for more details.
Q.
How is secure information transmitted over the Internet?
A.
The @chubb systems requires that you have a browser
with at least 40-bit encryption. We recommend a browser
with 128-bit encryption. We also require the use of
individual identification numbers and passwords. For
more information, please see our security
section.
Q.
Can I share my @chubb user name with another person?
A.
No, for security purposes @chubb does not support the
sharing of user names.
Q.
Will an unauthorized person be able to see my client
or policy information?
A.
By providing each agent/insured with their own unique
@chubb user name only those specifically authorized
to view information will be granted access.
Q.
What happens if a user name needs to be revoked?
A.
The first time an agency/client is enrolled in @chubb
they must assign an agency administrator. This individual
will be granted access to a special application that
enables them to revoke individual access on demand.
Your agency administrator is responsible for revoking
that person's access to @chubb. If you do not have an
agency administrator or do not know who it is please
contact @chubb client support team for assistance.

No, not all applications may be appropriate for all
individuals. Access to applications is given based upon
the business needs of the user.

Regular maintenance is performed Sunday between the
hours of 6:00 AM and noon, Eastern Time. The site is
not available during that time. Masterpiece II is available
Monday through Saturday 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Eastern
Time.

All @chubb applications currently support Internet Explorer,
Netscape and AOL.

Will I have to modify my browser setting in order to
use @chubb applications?

In most cases you will not have to modify your browser

and strong encryption enabled.
