How do I get started using @chubb?
You will need to contact the Agency Administrator for Chubb in your office. This is the person that will be able to request a user ID and access to the systems located on @chubb. If you are not sure who your Agency Administrator is, we recommend that you contact your manager. If you find out that your agency does not have an administrator you can ask the agency principal to assign one. Learn more
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Reset Password page and complete the required fields.
How do I find an application that is not on my main menu?
Applications (or individual systems) are tied to specific user roles that are attached to your individual user ID. Therefore, if an application does not appear on your menu, your Agency Administrator has not assigned your ID that specific role. Please contact your Agency Administrator to request that you be given access to a particular application.
Why don't all of my policies appear when I attempt inquiries?
Generally, when random policies do not appear in one of the inquiry systems it means that your user ID may not be tied to all the agency producer codes that are assigned to your agency. Please contact your Agency Administrator to identify if you have the appropriate producer codes tied to your ID.

What is a plug-in and why do I need it?
Browser plug-ins are software applications that work within your browser to extend its capabilities. They allow a
browser to display video, play sounds, view files, play games and enhance the basic pictures and text experience
that many sites now offer.
Like browsers, software and other applications, plug-ins are designed to run on specific computer platforms.
Some applications within @chubb use specific plug-ins to provide for more functionality and enhance our ability to
bring you information. Whenever an application requires a specific plug-in, it will be clearly marked and we will
provide a link to a site on the worldwide web where you can download and install the most recent version. Click on
the download link; wait for the files to be downloaded to your PC. Once you have downloaded them to your PC,
follow the directions provided by the manufacturer for installing them on your system.
