Please verify that the claim has not already been reported to Chubb by reviewing ClaimAlerts or ClaimView (see below).


We continue to focus on servicing our mutual policyholders. We ask that you utilize the following @chubb resources for the most up-to-date claim information:

Claim Alerts (Personal Insureds Only)
The My Alerts desktop page includes a tab for first-party claim information. Claim Alerts are sent for:
  • Newly Reported Losses
  • Updated Claim Information (including adjuster assignment, change in adjuster, claim closed, etc.)
  • Claim Financial Notices (including reserve posted, payment issued, etc.)
Claim updates will occur in "real-time," and it may be beneficial to check the My Alerts Desktop periodically throughout the day. For additional details on any claim, click on the "Claim Reference #" link to be taken directly into ClaimView. Your agency administrator can provide access to Claim Alerts for registered users and can create new IDs should your agency need them.

You can access ClaimView by clicking on "Claim Details" under the "Make an Inquiry" heading or by clicking here. ClaimView provides access to claim file information, including most adjuster notes. You can check on any claim using the Claim Reference number, policy number, insured name or other identifying fields.


If you would like to forward us documents related to a specific claim, you can directly upload them to the claim file by clicking here. Information can also be sent via fax to 1-800-300-2538; please include the claim reference number as well as a brief description of the document.
